We provide an agreement that has been carefully drafted by our solicitors and sets out all the terms.


Once signed, we take over the management of the house and fill it with our professional tenants.


You receive your guaranteed rent, so you no longer need to constantly check your bank statements.


We return the house in great condition at the end of the period.

The contract will typically last between 3-5 years and should you want to, we can also accommodate longer-term agreements. Once the contract is signed you don’t need to do anything else, as we take care of the rest so you can enjoy doing what you love!
